Mint Ephemeral User Token

Mints a short-lived ephemeral user token for one user. PII endpoints need this token along with your API key, so mint it right before the call and don't store it.

How long the token lasts, in seconds. A user can have several tokens at once, and each one expires on its own.

Defaults to every token scope the minting key's grants allow. Narrow it for each workload. For example, leave out numbers:reveal for a service that only shows masked numbers.
